Ready to face 2011 head on.

Wow, I can't believe that it is already 2011. I am excited about a new year and new possibilities. I am excited to meet the new addition to our family. For this blog post I just want to lay out my New Year's resolutions.

• Family dinner at the table. No more eating in the living room in front of the tv.
• Save a down payment and buy a house.
• Eat more healthy as a family. (Less processed stuff, more organic.)
• I want to volunteer and give back more.
• Find and get Bug into a really good preschool.
• Remember to take my reusable bags to the store.
• Blog at least 3 times a week.

Ok, that is all that I can think of for now. I am sure that I will be back to add more. I want 2011 to be the year that I get things done. I am excited to see what God has in store for our family.

New Years Goals

I really don't want to call them resolutions this year because then I feel like I will be setting myself up for failure. I have high hopes for myself and my family for 2010. There are so many things that I want to get accomplished this year.

I feel like 2009 went by in one big huge blur with everyday being set on repeat. I want to change that this year. I want to make some awesome new memories with Bug, I want to go places we have never been.

So, in no particular order, here are my goals for 2010:

• Get back into school and finish my nursing degree.
• Take Bug somewhere that neither of us has ever been before.
• Get my house completely organized.
• List all the stuff on Ebay that I have been saving forever.
• Lose some weight.
• Eat healthier.
• Reduce, reuse, recycle
• Get pregnant
• Find a church that we love.
• Pay off the last of our small bills.

That is all that I can think of at the moment. I will add to the list as I remember. I know it seems like a lot but I really want to make 2010 a happy successful year for my family.

Wow!!

Wow, I am so embarrassed that I haven't updated my blog in 5 months. I honestly have no reason, other than I am lazy because I have been online everyday.

So, can you all believe that 2009 is almost over with? It has went by so fast! I have many hopes and goals for 2010 and I hope that it is going to be a great year for us.

Bug is doing great. She is getting so big and really starting to come out of her shell. She amazes me everyday.
