So, I have started another dreaded diet. This time I am just counting calories and exercising. This way I don't feel like I have to many restrictions on myself, and by gosh if I want a brownie I can still eat one.
A mom over on a baby message board that I post on introduced me to this (thanks Gigi for teaching me how to do that) site. It looks really really neat. You just enter in what you ate for the day and it keeps track of your calories. You can also keep track of exercise and water intake.
I am going to weigh in on Wednesdays. My starting weight is 168 and I would love to get down to around 130 -135.
